Yonder Fishing EdgeWalker Travel Rod Giveaway — Official Rules

1. SPONSOR

The Yonder Fishing EdgeWalker Travel Rod Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by YONDER FISHING LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of YONDER FISHING LLC, and their immediate family members and members of their household, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on September 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, complete the official Yonder Fishing Giveaway survey during the Giveaway Period.

Entrants must provide their name and a valid email address.

Providing a phone number is optional.

Following Yonder Fishing on social media is optional and is not required to enter or win.

No purchase is necessary.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, automated, duplicated, or submitted through fraudulent means may be disqualified.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Yonder Fishing EdgeWalker 66MHT Travel Rod.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $169.00

No cash or prize substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be resold.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative after the Giveaway Period ends.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) days after notification.

If the potential winner does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding regarding the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the Giveaway or its administration.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

9. RELEASE

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless YONDER FISHING LLC and its respective owners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

10. PRIVACY

Information submitted through the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Yonder Fishing’s applicable Privacy Policy.

Submitting an entry does not require the entrant to purchase anything.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

12. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

After the winner has been verified and accepts the prize, Yonder Fishing may announce the winner’s name or social media handle on its website or social media channels, subject to applicable law.

13. OFFICIAL RULES

These Official Rules govern the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so, subject to applicable law.
